The king cobra will begin to swallow its struggling prey white its toxins begin the digestion of its victim. King cobra ,kill all snake ,have flexible jaws. The jaw bones are connected by plible ligaments,anabling the lower jaw bones to move independently . This allows the king cobra to swallow is prey whole, as wellas lettiry it swallow prey much larger tha its head.
King cobra are able to hunt throughout the day,and it is rarely seen at night,leading most herpetologists to classify it as a diurnal species.
